First Rate Mortgage Solutions is the coming together of our founders, friends and colleagues Andrew and Sue. They met whilst working as regional managers for some of the U.Ks leading financial institutions and estate agents.
For many years, First Rate Mortgage Solutions has been helping clients navigate the often-complicated world of mortgages. Hello, I'm the other Co-Founders and I'm based in our Cardiff Bay offices in Cardiff. I've been working within Financial Services and helping many clients finance their homes and investment properties for over 30 years. Although I'm based in Cardiff most of my clients are scattered all over the UK and the wonders of technology have certainly helped this over the last few years.
When it comes to mortgages and protection, "one size does not fit all" and making the decisions about mortgages and finance can be overwhelming, but with the right help & advice it doesn't need to be. Like all the team, I'll take the time to listen to your needs and aspirations and I'll help create a plan that works for you.
Apart from First Rate Mortgage Solutions, I run a successful property refurbishment and rental company, so after work and weekends, you'll often find me decorating or knocking walls down, but its all-good fun and rewarding.

I'm one of the Co-Founders and I'm based in our Woolton office in Liverpool. I've been helping clients finance their homes and investment properties for over 20 years, and I fully understand that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to mortgage lending.

As a Mum, I'm a huge believer in having a fully protected mortgage and feel passionate about clients have adequate mortgage protection in place.
When I'm not talking mortgages, or "just not talking" I can usually be found walking our two dogs with my Boys or Friends.

Hello, I'm the newest member of the First-Rate team joining in 2021. I work alongside Sue in our Woolton Office and it's my job to simplify the mortgage process and making sure that the whole process is as clear & stress free as possible. Like Sue, I'm a huge believer in having a fully protected mortgage and feel passionate about clients have adequate mortgage protection in place.
I am also the person to speak to about creating your Wills, to ensure you protect your assets and Estate in the future. Whilst I don't write the wills myself, I am able to refer you to a specialist who will be able to assist in this matter.
When I'm not working or acting as an unpaid Taxi Driver for my daughters, we like to socialise as a Family and all love exploring the Norfolk coast, and of course Trudy our Sheepadoodle must come too.
